Operating Concerns

Operating concerns slow down the work, add to costs and inefficiencies of the upstream work. These could be differences in interpretation by different authorities, application of general laws without considering peculiarities of upstream or international petroleum practices.

After a new subject is initiated by a trigger paper , it is listed under concerns. If it is prioritized by the General Body or the Working Group , the trigger paper is converted to draft paper and is progressed.
