Trigger Papers

Trigger papers are prepared by initiator of a new subject. These include operating issues, concerns , improvements in practices efficiencies or other visions about the upstream industry .

Trigger papers are discussed in the working group or general body and updated to draft paper and referred to the other. After approval of both , these revert to working group to deal with in detail and create a position paper , a monograph or a submission – depending on the subject.
